Fun place to come taste Asian French American fusion treats. There's also a place to get various kinds of coffee and tea drinks. The cakes are beautiful and not so sweet. Some of the combos of flavors in the pastries are fun-some sweet with savory and some more traditional. Come enjoy the fun flavors and some great seasonal choices. Have fun!

85°C Bakery Cafe is one of my go-to places for breakfast and snacks. The quality is very consistent, which is something I really appreciate. Their pastries and breads are not overly sweet, making them easy to enjoy on a regular basis. While the items may not always be surprising or extraordinary, they rarely disappoint. The bakery does a great job maintaining the same quality and taste every time I visit. There are plenty of options to choose from, and it's easy to pick up something quick for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Overall, a reliable bakery with consistently good products, reasonable prices, and a convenient selection. I find myself coming back often because I know exactly what to expect, and that's a good thing. Highly recommended!

Desserts are always essential after dinner. How can you not get desserts in the most Asian plaza in Irvine lol? Parking: The Diamond Jamboree is a very popular plaza. Finding a spot is a pain the a--. Highly recommend carpooling or get dropped off. Ambiance/Environment: Since they’re located in a high foot traffic plaza, it was extremely busy and packed. We visited close to 22:00 on a Saturday, and there was a long line. Even though they have a medium sized space, it was a bit hard to maneuver around. Service: Despite having a long line, throughput was surprisingly quick & efficient. Pastries: Another thing that shocked me was how stocked they were on inventory. They were actually stocked on majority of their popular pastries in the evening. We always enjoy their sweet pastries! Pricing: Their prices are cheaper compared to other supply chain bakeries. Make sure to download their app for rewards and monthly promotions!

The pastries and drinks are solid, no complaints about the quality. But the experience can be frustrating. There’s usually only one cashier, the line is long, and having to order drinks separately at the kiosk just slows everything down. Bathrooms are also in need of attention. Good food, but the overall experience could be much better.

Absolutely love this place! The pastries are always fresh and delicious — you can tell they put care into everything they bake. The Sea Salt Caramel Coffee is a flavor bomb: creamy, slightly sweet, with that unique salty twist that makes it unforgettable. The staff is friendly, efficient, and patient even when it gets busy. And the ambiance? Cozy, clean, and welcoming — perfect for a quick treat or a chill break. It’s one of those places you keep coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re in Irvine!
